Illustrative examples, not real client results yet

What this looks like when it works.

We're early, these are composite examples of the kind of problem The Catalyst solves, not claims about specific past clients. Real case studies will replace these as engagements complete.

// Example · 11-person digital agency

The one-person-knows-how-to-do-it problem

A senior account manager had quietly built a solid process for turning a client brief into a scoped proposal, pasting the brief into ChatGPT with a prompt only she'd bothered to refine. Everyone else started from a blank Google Doc every time, and proposal quality visibly dipped whenever she was on holiday. Nobody had written any of it down, it lived entirely in her chat history.

  • Find It: the bottleneck wasn't ‘we need more AI’, it was that one working method never left one person's head
  • Build It: her prompt and process got turned into a shared template and a short internal SOP the rest of the team could actually follow
  • Own It: proposal turnaround stopped depending on one person's calendar, and the team could keep refining the template themselves
// Example · Founder-led trades business, 6 staff

The "we tried five tools and none of them stuck" problem

Over about a year, the owner had signed up for a chatbot plugin, an AI email assistant, and two different "AI CRM" add-ons for following up with quote requests. Each one got used for a few weeks and then quietly abandoned because nobody had time to actually own making it work, and the owner was the one paying for tools nobody else was using.

  • Find It: the real problem wasn't which tool, it was that no single follow-up workflow had a clear owner or a clear "good enough" standard
  • Build It: one specific quote-follow-up workflow got built and tested with the office manager who actually handles it, not designed around her
  • Own It: the team had one thing that reliably ran day to day, instead of a graveyard of half-used subscriptions

Why we're showing examples instead of results

We'd rather be upfront that we're building this track record than invent one. If a problem like either of these sounds familiar, that's exactly the kind of thing The Catalyst is built for.
