Partnership

Most businesses don't need more AI noise.

They need clear business judgment, strong implementation, and a way to keep using what gets built.

// purpose

Why this business exists

AI is not short on hype, tools, or opinions. What's actually scarce is someone willing to sit inside one real process, decide where AI genuinely helps, build it properly, and leave the business able to run it without needing us every week. That's the gap we work in, a path to success and freedom, not another thing you depend on us for.

// beliefs

What we believe

  • Businesses shouldn't have to choose between progress and control.
  • AI should improve the work, not create more chaos on top of it.
  • Advice without implementation is not help. Implementation without capability transfer is not help either.
  • The point of good work is that you don't need us for the next version of it.
// partnership

Two angles on the same problem

We're a two-person partnership, Stephen and Loki, not a solo consultant with a deck, and not a large team of account managers between you and the actual work.

  • Stephen brings strategy: two decades of hands-on digital marketing (SEO, PPC, UX, CRO), real operator experience building e-commerce businesses and running marketing for companies operating across multiple countries, and a simple belief, channels change, the psychology of why people buy doesn't.
  • Loki brings implementation: agents and orchestration, graph systems, security, and AI across heterogeneous hardware, Apple's included. Founder of Those Dark Arts.
  • Same tool underneath both, AI is the tooling, not the product either of us sells.
// how we work

Build with you, not for you

  • We work inside a real process, not a hypothetical one.
  • We document what we build, so it doesn't live only in our heads or yours.
  • We hand over the capability to run it, so the business isn't dependent on us to keep it working.
// why matters

Why this approach, and not the other three

Most AI help falls into one of three buckets, above. We work in the middle. We help you improve a real process, build it with you, and make sure your team can keep using it afterward. Something useful gets built, your team understands it, and the business keeps more control over how the work actually gets done.

  • training that never touches a real workflow
  • consulting that gives advice but not a working process
  • done-for-you implementation that leaves you dependent on someone else

If this sounds like the right kind of help, let's talk.
